Your privacy

This page explains what happens to the information you send me through this website. Last updated October 2026.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, your phone number if you add it, the topic you pick and your message. I also record whether you ticked the box to get occasional emails from me, and when you sent the form.

When you ask for a mortgage or rental property report by email, I receive your name, email address, your phone number and buying timeline if you add them, the numbers from the calculator, and whether you ticked the box to get occasional emails from me.

Otherwise, the calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to me or stored.

How I use it

  • To reply to your message and help with your real estate questions.
  • To email you the report you asked for, and to follow up about your plans.
  • To send you market updates and tips, but only if you ticked the box saying I can. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails, or just ask me to stop.

I don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

The website runs on Cloudflare, which also creates report PDFs. Contact form messages and report emails are sent through an email service. These providers process the information only to deliver your message. If visitor statistics are turned on, they come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across sites.

If we go on to work together, your information becomes part of my brokerage’s transaction records, which it keeps as required by Alberta law.

How long I keep it

I keep messages only as long as needed to help you and meet my record-keeping duties. Ask me any time and I’ll delete what I don’t have to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email realtormeet.17@gmail.com. I follow Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and Canada’s anti-spam law.
